The hotel is located right in the center, in the square, making it convenient to visit all the major tourist attractions on foot. The room was warm and cozy, with a nice window seat to admire the views. The bathroom was relatively new and the bed and pillows were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. There were also a bakery/pizzeria right downstairs and ample restaurants in the nearby Trastevere area.
There were some noise issues late at night, which disturbed our sleep.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to many main attractions in the center of old Rome. Everything from the Pantheon to Campo de Fiori was within close proximity. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for three adults and our luggage. The breakfast was plentiful and delivered to our room on time. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, providing us with great advice on sightseeing and dining options in the city.
Nothing, all great.

The room had beautiful views from the second floor with double windows to block out city noise. It was clean and spacious with friendly and very helpful staff.
Felt more than at home, nothing to complain about.

This hotel was a gem! The location couldn't have been better, with stunning views of an archaeological site and being just a short walk away from all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out places of interest and even preparing our breakfast early for our early departure. The rooms were warm and cozy, with comfortable beds and a lovely window seat to admire the view. The facilities were good, with a small fridge to store drinks and a complete breakfast spread.
All in all, everything was fantastic and there is nothing to complain about.

Great city center location, close to major attractions. Amazing view of the city. Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Lack of staff availability on site. Cramped and awkward elevator.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated, with a cool aircon to beat the summer heat. Despite being on a main street, the location was surprisingly quiet, and I even had a view of the Largo Argentina’s ruins from my windows. The hotel was also conveniently located near major attractions like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican. The gelato shop across the street was a delicious treat, and the friendly staff, especially Andra, made my stay even more enjoyable. They were helpful from the moment I booked my room until the moment I checked out, arranging breakfast and even organizing my transfer to the airport. I had a great and memorable experience in Rome thanks to this hotel.
Although I was allowed to leave my belongings behind while they moved them for me, I was uncomfortable with the situation and had to spend time packing and unpacking. Additionally, the new room had a broken sink plug and a loose toilet flush.
